Kenneth "Ken" Wohlfert left his earthly life on December 2 after a lengthy illness. During his
illness, he was lovingly and professionally cared for by his beloved daughter, Ursula. Ken leaves
behind, to cherish his memory, his wife of 56 years, Katherine; daughter, Ursula (Jon) Young; his
adoring granddaughters, Hannah and Reagan; siblings-in-law and siblings and numerous nieces and
nephews.
Ken was taken too soon, but he had a wonderful life. He spent his formative years in central
Michigan; received graduate and undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University and Central
Michig an University. He retired from the US Army and worked for several government contractors.
His family was most important to him; he loved being a husband, father and grandfather.
A family Celebration of Ken's Life will be held at a Later date.
Donations in his memory may be made to: Tunnel to Towers or Wounded Warriors
