Landon Abraham Danley, 47, of Huntsville, AL, passed away on October 31,
2019 at home in Huntsville AL.
Landon was born in El Paso, TX to Walter “W.A.” Abraham Danley and Sybil
Cortez Ross Danley on January 26, 1972. He went to high school at Hazel
Green High School where he graduated in 1990.
He went on to earn a degree in Biology from the University of Alabama in
Tuscaloosa, AL. He spent the last 20 years as caregiver to his parents. He
loved Science Fiction, especially, Star Wars, Star Trek, and Battlestar
Galactica. He had many interests: renaissance festival, writing, drawing,
animation, reading, movie trivia and his latest, learning to play the guitar.
Landon is survived by his sisters, Mamie Eileen Danley Morgan of
Huntsville, AL and Rebecca “Becky” Sarah Danley of Madison, his brother,
Walter Clyde Danley of Huntsville, AL, his nephews Duncan Morgan of
Virginia Beach, VA, Gareth Morgan, Cade Garcia and Cole Garcia and her
niece Sarah Garcia.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter “W.A.” Abraham Danley and
Sybil Cortez Ross Danley
Funeral service will be held at Morningside Baptist Church on Friday,
November 8, 2019 at 10:00 am with Pastor Jeffery Eernisse of Second
Christian Church, Houston, TX officiating. Graveside service will be held at
3:00 pm at New Hope Church of Christ in Florence, AL. Burial will follow
at New Hope Church of Christ in Florence, AL. Visitation will be held at
Morningside Baptist Church on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 8:30 am. Spry
Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements.

Center, 306 Wynn Dr. NW, Huntsville, AL 35803. The family wishes to
