Margaret Ellen Hardy, 73, born on January 27, 1950 in West Virginia to Mack and Ruby Deaton, passed away March 8, 2023. Margaret was an avid animal lover, book reader, and loved her computer games. Margaret would always put others before herself even with the little things. Her family was her world.
Margaret married the love of her life, Ralph “ Paul” Hardy on October 27, 1978 and were happily married for 44 years. Together they had two beautiful daughters, Jennifer & Jamie.
She is survived by daughters, Jennifer Hardy (Jeffrey “Jeff” Anderson – fiancé) & Jamie Baber (Christopher “Chris”); four grandsons, Zachary Hardy (Cailyn), Gregory Hardy, Paul Jergins (Megan Neeley), Toby Anderson; two granddaughters, Emilee & Katelyn “Katie” Baber; two great granddaughters, Kaylee Neeley & Harley Jergins; loving brother in law & sister in law, Robert “Bobby” Hardy & Elaine Hardy; niece Crystal Hardy; great niece Lillian “Lily” Wootson Hardy and her dad, Justin Wootson.
She is preceded in death by her parents Mack Deaton & Ruby (Buckland) Deaton.
