Margaret Mae (Busbin) McKenzie

Margaret Busbin McKenzie, age 95, of Madison, Alabama, passed away March 9, 2025. She was a lifelong resident of Madison County. She was a 1948 graduate of Huntsville High School. Mrs. Mckenzie was preceded in death by her father, Homer D. Busbin, her mother Annie Wilson Busbin, her husband of 62 years, Herman A. McKenzie, her brother, Homer Thomas Busbin, and her son, Douglas Wayne McKenzie. Survivors include her daughter, Valerie McKenzie Babb (Allen), and granddaughters Erin Babb South (David), Jennifer Babb Mize (Curt), and 4 great grandchildren, Leah and Jack Mize, and Samuel and Joshua South. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Mt. Zion Baptist Church.  A graveside service will follow the visitation in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers; the family request donations be made to the Alabama Baptist Children's Home or The Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
