Obera "Bea" Moore

Obera “Bea” H. Moore, age 92, of Huntsville, AL  passed away on October 21, 2021.  Bea was born January 10, 1929 to Marvin and Arby Hundley in Trenton, GA.  She graduated from Davis High School in 1946 and later, in 1962, received her nursing license from Calhoun Junior College.  She worked for many years at Huntsville Hospital.  She married Leonard T Moore in 1947.  Through their 61 years of marriage, they traveled to all but 2 of the United States.  She was a faithful member of the Chase Park Church of Christ , formerly Memorial Parkway Church of Christ from 1958 until her passing.  She is survived by her children, L Terry (Kathy) Moore  and Karen Hunter; her grandchildren Chris Martin and Morgan (Michael) Kingsley and her great grandchildren Marley Kate and McCleer Elizabeth Kingsley.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her 4 siblings, and her husband.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
