Patricia Cecelia White
Born January 9, 1952 in Flint Michigan.
She died February 7, 2021 in Huntsville, AL where she retired in 1999.
Pat enjoyed her secular career as a cosmetologist. Upon relocating she worked in dietary services at Huntsville Hospital until retirement.
A little-known fact is that Pat had a beautiful singing voice. In fact, before becoming one of Jehovah’s Witnesses she sang in the Baptist Church choir and was frequently asked to solo on songs such as Amazing Grace.
Her joy was her grand-daughter, fittingly named Amber Joy, who many friends fondly remember as the smart adorable little girl by her side at Christian meeting.
Pat is survived by her mother Mattie Muse of Huntsville, Al; brother Thomas Cowley of Battle Creek, Michigan by way of Atlanta, Georgia; Francis Cowley and Anthony both of Florida and sister Derene Cowley of Kalamazoo, Michigan, daughter Michelle Lynette Smith of Athens, AL Grand-daughter Amber Joy Brown of Burr Oak, Michigan. And a host of spiritual brothers and sisters who she loved very much.
