Phillip Wayne Ratley passed away on May 26, 2024, at the age of 63.
Phillip was a long-time resident of Huntsville, Alabama. He served as an electrician and an OTR tire service technician for 40 years. This gave him the opportunity to develop numerous friendships. He loved the water, fishing, Alabama football, and NASCAR racing. He enjoyed spending time with his family at fish fries, on holidays, and numerous other occasions. Phillip had a zest for life and left behind many wonderful memories to reflect upon and cherish.
He was proceeded in death by his father, J.W. Ratley and his mother, Ann Moss Ratley. He is survived by his son, Jacob Wayne Ratley. His stepchildren, Cheyenne Lowe (Torre), Kristion Burnett, Cameron Burnett, and Raven Burnett. His grandchildren, Alexis Prokuski, Cashus Lowe, Zavian Lowe, and Quintin Lowe. His siblings, Deborah Ratley Mayes, Jackie Ratley (Pam), Terry Ratley, Barry Ratley (Terry Ann); as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
