Ronald Reid

Ronald Reid, 76, of Laceys Spring, Alabama, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026. He was born September 19, 1949, to Leon and Opal Reid.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Reid; children, Ronald Reid JR, Faye Pullen (Tracy) and Chase Reid (Ashley); brother, Michael Scivally; sisters, Nancy Vaugh, Jodi Kennedy (John); and eight grandchildren, Jaxson, Wilson, Brylan, Malachi, Jacey, Aaron, Nate, Jenneka. There are many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Robert Earl, Charles, Terry, Danny, Steve; and two sisters, Becky Barr, and Valerie Marshall.

Ronald will be remembered for his steady heart and safety his family felt in his presence.  His memory will live on in the lessons he taught and the love he gave so freely.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
