Tammy Lee (Letson) Putman

Tammy Lee Putman, aged 53, passed away on January 21, 2025, in New Market, Alabama.

Born on January 11, 1972, Tammy was known for her naturally sociable nature, always eager to engage in conversation with new acquaintances. Her loving, caring personality and kind demeanor were complemented by a spunky side that many came to adore. She was a loving Granny to her granddaughters who were the joys of her life.

Tammy leaves behind her devoted husband of 32 years, William Putman, and her daughters, Brittney Miller (Chris) and Taylor Lee (Cody). She was a cherished grandmother to Maddi, Saige, and Tate. She also leaves behind her 2 older sisters, and a younger brother. She was also known as Aunt Tammy to many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Gene Letson, and mother, Marcia Letson.

Tammy's warmth and open heartedness touched many throughout her life, making lasting impressions on those she met. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
