Thaddius (Thad) Jason Singley, 61, of Huntsville, Alabama died peacefully at home on January 3, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Russell. He was survived by his daughter, Rachael Singley of Jacksonville, FL; his father, Maurice E. Singley of Lavale, Maryland; and by nine brothers and sisters: Constance (Butch) Turner of Tulsa, OK, Candace (John) Frazier of Huntsville, AL, Cynthia (Mike) Ferguson of Huntsville, AL, Austin (Wanda) Singley of Killen, AL, Susan (Dan) Parlamento of Rogersville, AL, Gregory (Debbie) Singley of Kent WA, Perry Singley of Huntsville, AL, Charles (Donna) Singley of Cumming, GA, and Kedra (Michael) Reczek of Huntsville, AL and Knoxville, TN.
Thad was a loving brother and devoted son who cared for his mother daily for many years before he himself became ill. His infectious laugh and amiable spirit will be sorely missed by all who loved him.
A private memorial for the family was held in Huntsville AL on Sunday, January 5, 2025. The family requests that trees be planted in Thad’s memory in lieu of flowers or monetary gifts to honor his love of the outdoors.
