Vicki Dobbs-Parmer

Vicki was born to Luther H. Davis and Joyce Acuff Davis on April 15,1959. She is survived by her daughter Jessica Leann Dobbs. By her ex-husband Steve Dobbs and her current husband Russ Parmer. Vicki died at home on September 17, 2025, after a battle with lung and kidney cancer. Russ stood by her 24/7 during her struggle for 8 weeks!

Vicki graduated from Johnson High School in 1978. Then went to work at Kroger and became an accomplished Florist for over 25 years. Retiring in 2022.
