Walter Marvin Davis

Marvin Davis, 94, passed away peacefully at home Monday morning.

He is proceeded in death by his wife of 64 years, Vera White Davis, Grandson Matt Davis, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He is survived by daughter, Peggy Davis Beach of Huntsville; Son Larry M. Davis, wife Judy, of Birmingham; Brother Tom Davis, wife Ann, of Guntersville. 3 Grandsons, Roger Beach, wife Cindy; Jason Beach, wife Trudy; Wes Davis, wife Michelle, and Granddaughter Nicole Emerson Davis. 7 Great-Grandchildren, Jessica, Nick, Emme, and Kyle Beach; Maddy, Grayce, and Avery Davis. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special nephew Bill Davis and wife Violet Davis of Attalla.

Visitation will be at Spry Funeral Home, Thursday, May 14, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Spry Funeral Home, Friday at 1:00 pm, with burial followed at Friendship Cemetery in Union Grove.
