Wesley Joseph Higgins

Wesley Joseph Higgins, 67, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on October 2, 2025.

Wesley was born on December 26, 1957, in Huntsville, Alabama, to Irma and Allan Higgins. He graduated from Bob Jones High School in 1976 and would go on to become an IT Specialist for Siemens.

In his pastime, he enjoyed rebuilding his 64.5 ford mustang with his sons and brother, traveling, especially to the lake and the beach, stock market trading, and jujitsu. Above all, he loved his family, grandkids, and his horse. 

He is preceded in death by his mother, Irma Lee Higgin; father, Allan Higgins; and brother, Jim Dooley.

He is survived by his children, Joseph Higgins, Jeremy Higgins, and Lydia Hulsey; daughter in law, Ellen Higgins; son in law, Heath Hulsey, siblings, Jerry Dooley and Eric Higgins; granddaughters, Adalynn Grace Hulsey and Marleigh Jo Hulsey; grandson, Colton William Hulsey; ex wife, Tamara Brown; 6 nieces and nephews; and multiple cousins.

Services will be held at Spry Funeral Home in Huntsville on Friday, October 15, 2025, with the Memorial Gathering from 5:00pm to 6:30pm  and the Memorial Service following at 6:30pm.
