William Charles Neppel, Jr.

WILLIAM CHARLES NEPPEL, JR - Born October 9th, 1953 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Went to Huntsville's Butler High School until he joined the US ARMY and honorably served for 4 years spending most of his time serving in Germany, where he also received his High School diploma as well. After discharging, he started his long Career as a Civil Servant on Huntsville's Redstone Arsenal. He worked for over 35 years in many fashions, as well as becoming Supervisor over the Military Equipment Requisitions Department, were he retired in 2015. Bill passed away at home peacefully on March 25, 2018 @ 64, after enjoying such a Great and Successful Life!

He is survived his wife Carol, his daughter, two sons, step-daughter and his 8 Grandchildren. Sarah Neppel Morey (Hayden & Keeley), James Neppel (Everly, Keller, Cohen & Nicholas), Austin Neppel and Stacy Houston (Trevor & Faith). Also his younger brother Robert C. Neppel and two younger step brothers, Jerry D. White and Steven D. White. He is preceded by his parents William C. Neppel, SR that passed last year in 2017 @ 91, his mother Charlotte in 1965, as well his step mother Joyce in 2009.

He was a Magnificent Husband and Father, with a Great sense of Humor and the Friendliest of attitudes that can only be admired while very inspiring to all that were exposed to that incredible Kindness! He will Truly be Missed by those who knew him well and those who just met him in their passing and were Much better for it! In Lieu of Flowers, Please send all donations to the Cancer Society!
