William Claye Proctor

William Claye Proctor, 50, of Toney, Alabama passed away October 09, 2024. William was a dedicated employee of the City of Huntsville for many years. He had a deep passion for Alabama football and cherished every moment spent with his family. Beach vacations were his favorite getaway, and he was always the one to lighten the mood with a well-timed joke. He will be missed greatly. 

William is survived by his wife, Terri Proctor; daughter, Kelsey Hee (Josef); grandson, Kealapono Hee; sister, Jennifer Rowan (John); niece, Ashley Wales (Derrick); nephews, Samuel Rowan (Emilie), Mathew Rowan; great-niece, Raelyn Wales; great nephews, Benjamin Wales, Enzo Wales. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Lisa Proctor.
