General Manager/Funeral Director/Embalmer/Licensed Cremationist/Insurance Agent

Chris attended Grissom High School and began his funeral service career in 1996. Chris is a 2003 graduate from Jefferson State Community College, where he received his Mortuary Science Degree. Chris is currently the district two director for the Alabama Funeral Directors Association. He serves as the general manager of Spry Funeral Home.

Chris is married to Belinda Martin of Madison, AL and they together have five children.

David B. Young Jr., CCO

Operations Manager/Funeral Director/Embalmer/Licensed Cremationist/ Insurance Agent

David attended Hazel Green High School and obtained a Mortuary Science Degree from Jefferson State Community College . He is a licensed embalmer, funeral director, cremationist, and life insurance agent. Mr. Young has been employed with Spry Funeral Home since 2010 and currently overseas the operations of Spry Funeral Home .

David is engaged to Jennifer Stafford of Meridianville, AL and in his free time he serves as the Director of The Huntsville Madison County Rescue Squad, and a 22 year member of Meridianville Volunteer Fire Department.
